Exchange Policy – Ameeria Quilted Jackets

Thank you for supporting Ameeria Lifestyle.

Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our quilted jackets, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We are happy to offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The jacket must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

If the requested size is not available, we will offer either:

• Store credit, or
• The option to exchange for another available jacket of equal value.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your jacket arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Please note:

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• Ameeria Lifestyle reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
• Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
